In Hudding these 3 houses are built with concrete frame from K-Prefab. With a concrete frame, you get a building with long life time and low maintenance requirements. The houses are designed by Södergruppen Arkitektkontor, developer Småa and contractor Q-Gruppen AB. The facade is plastered in the factory, the surface above and below windows is molded with a dense groove pattern.
