At Dragörkajen in Limhamn this 16 storey house is built. The frame was assembled by K-Prefab´s own assembly team. In just 20 weeks, the entire concrete frame was finished, 16 floors all in all. For the customer, focus was on energy and environmental issues and the properties were built for minimal environmental impact and certified in accordance with Environmental Building Silver.
