Certificates and assessments – quality
Building material need a CE mark and a Declaration of Performance in order to be sold if they are subject to a harmonized standard or comply with a European Technical Assessment (ETA).
The Declaration of Performance (DoP) contains information about the product’s intended use and properties as well as contact details for the manufacturer.The CE marking indicates that the product’s properties are consistent with the stated performance in DoP. All K-Prefab products that are subject to a harmonized standard are CE marked.
K-Prefab’s facilities undergo regular inspections by Nordcert to verify that the production complies with the requirements of the harmonized standards that the CE marking covers.
