We are one of the leading producers of prefabricated concrete and are ready to serve you as a full-service frame contractor. We are building and developing future multi-family housing, offi¬ces, public buildings, industrial and agricultural buildings with our different frame concepts. Our wide product range of wall panels, foundations, floor structures, balconies, staircases, etc. offers innovative total solutions – all based on your particular project needs, requirements and preferences.

Of course, we follow, operate and take responsibility for your project all the way from concept to finished frame. We are there at every stage and perform both project planning, design, production, delivery and assembly. We do our utmost so that your project will be as secure, simple and cost-effective as possible and with the proper quality.

We are a nationwide supplier. This has the benefiting effect that all of our products are locally produced. It also means that we have a strong commitment firmly built in to the local market. At the moment we are 550 employees, and we have a turnover of around SEK 1.2 billion.

In January 25, 2021, K-Prefab was acquired by the real estate company K-Fastigheter. This means that the company is run further together with the existing organization, with K-Fastigheter as owner.
